Quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until booking is
confirmed and we have received your deposit.
Airfares are also subject to increase until
full payment has been received.
Deposits
A non refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of confirmation of booking.
This amount will be advised to you at the time of confirmation. Any booking not
deposited with us by this time may automatically cancel without notification to
you. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation, flights and tour products may
vary.
Airfares
Airfare conditions vary greatly and you will be advised at
the time of booking of the conditions of the fare. Generally most fares are
non-refundable and many are non-changeable. Payment is usually required at the
time of booking. Any airfares that are included in your travel are
subject to availability. You will be advised of the payment
and booking conditions at the
time of confirmation. Airfares are also subject to increase until
payment has been received.
Final Payment
As all of the rates advertised are specially negotiated pre-paid
prices we ask for final payment at least 6 weeks prior travel.
Travel documentation will be issued once final payment has been processed.
Credit Card Fees
Please note
that a card fee will be applied to credit card payment amounts:

Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to
travel
Bookings made within 6 weeks of travel must fully paid within 48 hours of
confirmation.
Standard
Cancellation Policy:
Certain accommodation and tour products will apply
additional cancellation charges. These cancellation conditions will be
advised to you at time of confirmation.
Changes to Bookings
If you change your booking after final payment and documents have
been issued, an amendment fee of AUD$50.00 may be charged per booking.
This is in addition to any cancellation fees applied by operators and
wholesalers (if applicable). Wholesalers and operators usually do charge
amendment fees which vary depending on the operator/wholesaler.
Refunds:
No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available.
Wholesalers advise that refunds may take up to 10 weeks to process. As
you are charged in Australian Dollars, refunds are also processed in
Australian Dollars which is subject to fluctuating exchange rates.
